By purchasing from Mjay Creates, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These apply to all products, custom orders, and services offered on this website or through direct messaging.
Handmade & Custom Products
• All items are handmade and may have slight variations.
• Custom items (embroidery, vinyl, sublimation, heat-transfer, designs using your images/text) are made specifically for you.
• Because of this, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
Processing & Shipping
• Standard processing time is 3–7 business days unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping times vary based on the carrier (USPS/UPS).
• Mjay Creates is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
• Once handed to the carrier, the package becomes their responsibility.
Returns & Cancellations
• Custom items: No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition (customer pays return shipping).
• Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase. After production starts, cancellations are not accepted.
Customer-Provided Designs
• If you upload or send images, artwork, or text for customization, you agree that:
– You own the rights to the artwork OR you have permission to use it.
– Mjay Creates is not liable for any copyright issues related to customer-provided designs.
Product Care
• Each item will come with care instructions.
• Mjay Creates is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, exposing products to heat, or failing to follow care instructions.
Payments
• All payments must be completed before production begins.
• Mjay Creates accepts various payment methods listed at checkout.
• Prices are subject to change at any time.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
If under 18, a parent or guardian must approve and handle the purchase.
Personal Information & Privacyment
• Your information is only used for order processing and customer communication.
• Your personal information will never be sold.
