SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
• All orders are handmade and processed within 3–7 business days.
• Custom orders may require additional time depending on design approval and production.
Shipping Method:
• Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS with tracking.
• Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.
• Mjay Creates is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Address Accuracy:
• Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
• Mjay Creates is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
• Once your package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
• If your package is lost or damaged, please file a claim with USPS/UPS. I will assist where possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
Custom & Personalized Items:
• All custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• This includes embroidery, sublimation, vinyl, heat-transfer, personalized text, names, photos, or custom artwork.
Non-Custom Items:
• Non-custom items may be eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery as long as the product is unused and in original condition.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Issues:
• If you receive the wrong item or there is a mistake on my end, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can fix it right away.
No Exchanges:
• Due to the made-to-order nature of products, I do not offer exchanges.
Return & Exchange Policy
• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
• Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.
